The principal of Jaymac Construction is Joe McGrady, Jr. Over the years, Joe has created a building process second to none. He has assembled a tremendous team of building professionals to make each project a success. His strong work ethic, organizational mindset and attention to detail create a truly effective and efficient environment for everyone involved.
Many years of working side by side with his father, a well respected builder and businessman in the community, has enabled Joe to become one of the area ’s finest builders. He constantly strives to build the highest quality homes with an unmatched dedication to each client. Joe holds a BSBA from Villanova University’s Villanova School of Business (VSB). He’s a strong supporter of local youth athletics and volunteers much of his time to coaching children. Additionally, Joe continues to proudly serve his country in the Air Force Reserves where he holds the rank of Lt. Colonel. Joe lives in Sandwich with his wife Maria and their five children, Joseph III (JP), Madison, Mollie, Grace and Michael.
